Absolutely. You can order a one-month sample package free of obligation. A sample package with two products only costs £ 2,90. It is the ideal way to become better acquainted with Flinndal without any commitment. After 30 days, you will receive the next shipment, containing a 3-month supply of the products. You can cancel at any time up to seven days prior to your next delivery.

Flinndal products are so reasonably priced because you order directly via the website at www.flinndal.co.uk or free phone number at 00800-FLINNDAL (00800-35466325). Our food supplements are not available in stores. And since we offer 3-month supplies of our products (after sending a sample package), we are able to offer excellent prices. |
How and when does payment take place? |
Payment takes place by means of direct debit from your bank account or creditcard account the same week that you receive the package. If you do not have a sufficient balance, a second attempt to direct debit the account will be made one week later. If the second attempt is not successful, you will receive a payment reminder within several days. You will then be charged £5 for administration expenses. You may then transfer the amount owed to our account and your shipment of Flinndal products will be sent once the total amount owed has been credited to Flinndal bank account. |
How much of a discount do I receive if I order several products at the same time? |
If you order three or more products at the same time for home delivery, you can profit from a discount of up to 30%. The following discounts apply: 15% for three products, 20% for four products, 25% for five products and 30% for six or more products. It does not matter whether it is all the same product or different ones. If you have an annual subscription, you also profit from a 10% discount off the normal price in addition to the above discount. |
How can I receive £10 off my next quarterly package? |
If you are a Flinndal customer, you can sign up one or more friends, family members or acquaintances as a new customer of Flinndal. By way of thanks, we give you £10 off your (next) quarterly package for every customer you sign up. There is no limit to the number of people you can refer to us. If you have signed up so many people that your package is free of charge, the remaining discount will be applied to the subsequent shipment (Flinndal does not pay out discounts in cash). |
| Is it possible for my child to overdose on vitamins? |
Yes, and it is particularly important to avoid an overdose of the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. One chewable tablet per day is a safe and beneficial supplement for your child. |

| Do I need extra omega-6 or omega-9 as well? |
| Plenty of omega-6 and omega-9 can be found in everyday food, so no supplement is required. But to maintain a good balance between omega-3, 6 and 9, 200 mg of omega-3 daily is recommended. |
| Can I take extra capsules? |
| Yes. If, for example, you forget to take a capsule, you can take an extra one. Limit your intake to three capsules per day, however, and seven softgel capsules per week. |

| Can I take extra tablets? |
| One tablet of Flinndal Multi per day should be enough. But, should you forget to take a tablet, you can take an extra tablet, but limit your intake to three per day. If you have been eating less healthy, are under stress or your immune system is compromised, it is also possible to take an extra tablet. Flinndal Multi also benefits smokers and helps during times of physical exertion (when playing sports, for example). |
